As part of the Seattle Mariners marketing team, I helped develop and launch a flexible new ticketing product aimed at improving fan satisfaction, increasing retention, and driving offseason revenue. The result was the Mariners Flex Membership—a customizable season ticket option designed for modern fan behavior, offering freedom, value, and choice.
Results: Drove a 15% year-over-year increase in flex plan sales while providing a valuable retention tool for season ticket reps.
Microsoft Surface Case Study | Data Analytics & Campaign Optimization
As the Seahawks’ digital strategy lead, I partnered with Microsoft Surface and our Corporate Partnerships team to address an underperforming sponsored content series. Using a custom-built performance dashboard, we analyzed campaign effectiveness and used data—not opinion—to guide the conversation around optimization. The result was a seamless transition to a high-performing content franchise that met Microsoft’s brand integration requirements while significantly improving fan engagement. The outcome was a measurable win for the partner, the team, and the audience.
Results: A 124% increase in average impressions per post and 6x increase in total engagements for the campaign in 2024 vs. 2023.
2 Days In Seattle | Audience Segmentation & Influencer Strategy
A fully integrated ad campaign featuring a first-of-its-kind influencer program inspired travelers from Portland, San Francisco and Vancouver to make a quick weekend trip to the Emerald City. A custom website allowed users to build their own unique itinerary, with suggestions for various travel interests like foodies, outdoor enthusiasts, families, sightseers and more.
Results: Elevated Seattle’s reputation as a vibrant, dynamic short-stay destination. Contributed to Seattle’s highest hotel occupancy on record.

Turned a niche theme night into a targeted marketing success—growing Hello Kitty Night from 250 to 2,500 tickets in one year through content, paid media, and audience segmentation.

Edwin the Super Duper Otter | Storytelling & Digital Innovation
We brought the Seattle Aquarium into the homes of families everywhere with an interactive e-book telling the story of one super otter who wasn't so sure he stacked up with all of his friends at the Aquarium.
Results: Over 200,000 downloads, reached Top 10 in free children’s books on iTunes.
